So many people see weight loss after they take Tai Chi Green Tea.
We found that those claimed to lose a lot of weight, first, they were overweight prior to taking our green tea. It may not be the fact that the tea help them lose weight, but because after they take green tea, they have more energy (green tea boosts energy) , without their notice, they move around a little more, thus it burns more fat.
Also, green tea helps to prevent fat to accumulate in the body.
There is no quick way to lose weight, take green tea, do exercise, control diet. Green tea does help a lot, but it has its limitation.
